Giveaway Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional giveaway for a 3-month free usage of either the NovaCore CRM or the AI Employee Suite (the "Prize") offered by NovaCore Marketing (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Participation in the giveaway and acceptance of the Prize constitutes agreement to these Terms.

1. Prize Description

Each winner will receive

three (3) months of service

for one of the following at no cost:

NovaCore CRM, valued at $97/month.AI Employee Suite, valued at $597/month.

No setup fees will be charged. The Prize is limited to system usage as outlined below.

2. Usage Limits

The Prize includes up to $100 per month in usage expenses during the free 3-month period. Usage expenses include but are not limited to:

- Phone lines

- Email and SMS messaging

- AI functionality (e.g., Webchat AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI)

Any usage over this limit will be billed to NovaCore Marketing and may result in suspension or limitation of services during the promotional period.

3. Ownership & Platform Use

All infrastructure used (including but not limited to domain names, phone numbers, AI training content, email/SMS numbers) is the property of NovaCore Marketing. At the conclusion of the giveaway period, the infrastructure will not transfer ownership unless the winner subscribes to the respective service and continues as a paying client.

4. Transition After Giveaway

At the end of the 3-month free period, the winner must sign up for a paid plan to continue using the system.

NovaCore CRM: $97/month

AI Employee Suite: Full suite or individual components at their current respective prices

Setup fees will be waived for winners who convert to paying customers.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with written or verbal notice. In the event of termination, all access to the system and services will be revoked, and no data or system components will be retained or transferred.

6. Legal Compliance

Winners must use the system in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

- CAN-SPAM Act (for email)

- TCPA (for phone/SMS)

- Local and national privacy/data usage laws

Users must also comply with all NovaCore Marketing terms of service and the terms and policies of Go HighLevel, the platform used to deliver services.

7. No Cash Value or Substitutions

The Prize has no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for cash or other goods/services.

8. Limitation of Liability

NovaCore Marketing shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of the Prize. Services are provided “as-is” during the giveaway period.

9. Disqualification

NovaCore Marketing reserves the right to disqualify any participant or revoke the Prize if there is evidence of abuse, non-compliance with these Terms, or violation of platform policies.
